Month of Coordination
For an event that is planned out, we’ll step in to manage the event day. The name is a little deceiving as we step in three months before the event date to talk over the details of the wedding. If you need some help finding your vendors and venue, we’re more than happy to send you a list of some of our most reliable and favorite vendors to work with in the industry.
Mina Joo Events will take care of creating event documents, vendor communication management one month prior to your event, rehearsal management and provide day of coordination. A Day of Coordinator and at least one assistant is provided to manage your event so you don’t have to worry about missing any important details of your big day!
Partial Planning + Design
This package is great for those who mainly need assistance with design. Offered here is the planning structure and offerings of the Month of Coordination and MJE will assist you with your design and build.
For your design assistance Mina Joo Events will provide consultation and creation of design and mood board, venue research and walk through, and scheduling of florist consultations, communication of design wishes to necessary vendors. We’ll also manage and maintain your budget and payment schedule. As in all our packages you will be designated a day of coordinator and assistant to manage the flow of your event, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy your event!
Full Planning + Design
Our most inclusive package is the perfect blend of Month of Coordination and Partial Planning. You will work closely with the Head Planner on your wishes on the design and planning.
You’ll receive all offerings from both packages. Mina Joo Events will provide extensive research on venue and vendors to match your personality and style, maintenance of scheduling all consultations and meetings, budget maintenance and payment tracking, communication with vendors upon signing contract, and timely planning. All done with constant and open communication!
We’ll provide day of coordination and manage every single detail for you, so you can have a peace of mind that your event will go without a hitch!
Special Events
Our specialty may be weddings, but our expertise and love go beyond to all types of events. From baby showers, engagements, birthdays, Mitzvahs to happy hours and product launches, we want to, and we will do it all! Holiday parties and corporate events are especially a favorite of ours!
Any of the packages listed can be incorporated into a Special Event. We can’t wait to hear more about your vision and wishes for the special occasion!
