Hi, There!

I am Mina, Owner and Head Planner of Mina Joo Events.

My love for event planning began in 2014 when my friend asked me if I would be interested in coordinating her friend’s wedding. Without any experience but all of the right skillsets, I jumped in and said yes!

Fast forward two years, and I moved from Seattle, Washington to Los Angeles, California to jump headfirst into my passion for event planning. I was immediately hired at a boutique event planning company, which changed the course of my career in ways I never could have imagined! For the past four years I have assisted, coordinated and planned countless events, including weddings, fashion and editorial photoshoots with celebrities, and car unveilings for high-profile clients. These experiences have provided me with extensive knowledge and experience in the wedding and event planning industry.

What I truly love about event planning is bringing all of the little details together to create amazing events and to make my clients’ vision a reality – as cheesy as that is! I can’t wait to put my vast experience at your disposal to do what I take pride in: providing high quality planning to create high quality events.
